Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and White Gold Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By approving a formal project quote, submitting a signed proposal, accessing our website (https://www.wgtechsoft.com), or registering for training, you acknowledge agreement with these Terms in full.

Scope of Commercial Services

White Gold Technologies delivers digital engineering solutions including, but not limited to:

• Custom responsive website design and corporate portal architecture.
• E-commerce systems, retail portals, and payment gateway integrations.
• Enterprise software engineering, cloud database setups, and mobile apps.
• Search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and brand identity design.
• Live industrial training, summer/winter tech internships, and corporate workshops.

Every engagement is defined by an approved Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal specifying deliverables, development phases, and milestone schedules.

Project Milestones, Revisions & Approvals

We employ an agile, milestone-based delivery model to ensure complete transparency:

• Phase Reviews: Clients review each milestone (UI/UX wireframes, frontend layouts, backend database architecture, staging deployment) prior to proceeding to subsequent phases.
• Scope Adjustments: Any feature additions or substantial changes requested outside the agreed Statement of Work will be scoped separately under a supplementary change order.
• Client Feedback Timelines: Prompt feedback ensures project timelines remain on schedule. Delays exceeding 14 business days in providing necessary content or feedback may cause rescheduling of subsequent sprints.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

White Gold Technologies retains rights to proprietary pre-existing agency libraries, boilerplates, and generic engineering tooling incorporated into the project. We reserve the professional right to showcase completed public work in our agency portfolio and case studies unless restricted by an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Payment Terms & Invoicing

• Payment structures follow predetermined milestone schedules (e.g., initial deposit, mid-project staging review, final production launch).
• Invoices are due within the payment window specified on the official invoice.
• Domain registrations, third-party cloud hosting, external APIs, and third-party software licensing fees are billed directly or reimbursed by the client.

Industrial Training & Admissions Policy

For enrolled trainees, college students, and interns:

• Course enrollment grants individual access to hands-on laboratory infrastructure, mentor sessions, and live project assignments.
• Course materials, proprietary exercises, and internal code repositories are for personal academic study and may not be reproduced or distributed commercially.
• Official certificates of completion and project experience letters are awarded strictly upon meeting required attendance thresholds and successful project evaluation.

Warranty, Support & Limitation of Liability

White Gold Technologies provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period to correct any reproducible bugs or functional defects within the agreed scope at zero additional cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, White Gold Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, unauthorized third-party tampering, or third-party API deprecations beyond our direct control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual disputes arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute resolutions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
